Detroit B2B has helped build Sweet Potato Sensations on Detroit’s far Northwest side.  Co-owner Charice Thomas says, “Our food contracts throughout the city have helped us to be part of the re-vitalization of our community here on Grand River and Lahser.”  Since 1987, the five-employee company produces sweet-potato inspired foods such as cookies, muffins, sweet potato pies and ice cream for local restaurants & food stores such as MetroFoodland, Vicky’s Barbeque, 1917 American Bistro and the future Whole Foods coming this summer.
